A Cremation will be held at Park Wood Crematorium on Wednesday 18th December at 2:15pm.
Would friends please accept this the only intimation and kindly meet at the Crematorium.
Family flowers only please but donations may be given to Guide Dogs for the Blind and North Yorkshire Moors Railway, a plate will be provided after the Service.
